The Liberator Rocket Heater Generation 2 is a wood-burning rocket heater designed for efficient heating and long-term durability. Manufactured in the USA using American steel and insulating refractory ceramic, it is built for reliable performance and is backed by the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty.

The Liberator Rocket Heater is designed to burn firewood. For customers who want the option to burn wood pellets, the Pellet Hopper Accessory is available separately. When installed, the Pellet Hopper enables gravity-fed pellet operation without requiring electricity and can be removed at any time to return the heater to standard wood-burning operation.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The Liberator Rocket Heater is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

3-Year Parts Warranty
The following components are covered for parts for three (3) years:

  • Fuel Feed Tube

  • Cooktop

  • Flue Collar

  • Burn Chamber

  • Ash Cleanout and Door

  • Air Intake Assembly

1-Year Labor Warranty
Labor is covered for the components listed above for one (1) year.

1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty
The following component is covered for both parts and labor for one (1) year:

  • Ceramic Fiberboard Insulation

Limited Lifetime Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects

Warranty Conditions

  • Applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase (bill of sale or purchase date), model name, and serial number are required to submit a warranty claim.

  • Applies only to new products that have not been altered, modified, or repaired after leaving the factory.

  • Intended for normal residential use only.

  • Installation must be completed by a qualified technician in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable local and national building codes.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Improper installation

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Over-firing

  • Negligence

  • Transportation damage

  • Power failures

  • Downdrafts or venting issues

  • Use of unauthorized replacement parts

The warranty also does not cover:

  • Scratches

  • Corrosion

  • Warping

  • Discoloration caused by over-firing or abrasive or chemical cleaners

  • Service calls related to improper installation

Warranty Claims

  • The manufacturer may request digital photos or require defective products or parts to be returned (shipping prepaid) for inspection.

  • If a covered defect is confirmed, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective product or part at its discretion.

  • The manufacturer may alternatively satisfy its warranty obligation by refunding the wholesale value of the defective warranted part(s).

  • Coverage is limited to one replacement per eligible part.

  • The manufacturer is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product.
