Industry Experience
Our Industry Background
Site and Supply was not started by someone who decided to sell automotive equipment because it looked like a profitable category. It was built by Amy and Georgie — two automotive industry veterans who spent years working in and around professional automotive service environments before ever listing a single product online.
What That Means for You
When you are buying a $6,000 tire changer or a $10,000 frame machine, the people you buy from matter. Here is what our background means in practical terms:
- We know how shops are laid out. We understand bay sizes, power requirements, and workflow. If you are wondering whether a specific tire changer will work in a low-clearance space or whether a particular wheel balancer handles truck tires, we can give you a real answer based on experience — not a copy-paste from a spec sheet.
- We know the difference between brands. Not all equipment in this category is created equal. Our catalog is curated around brands with proven track records in professional shop environments. We carry Katool because the quality-to-price ratio holds up in real commercial use. We carry BE Power Equipment because their industrial pressure washers are built for the kind of throughput commercial shops demand.
- We understand how equipment gets used — and misused. That knowledge informs how we write our warranty terms, how we structure our return policy, and what we flag in product descriptions. If a machine has a common operational nuance that new owners miss, we will tell you upfront.
Katool Equipment Background
Katool designs and engineers professional shop equipment including tire changers, wheel balancers, alignment systems, and frame machines. Their equipment is used in independent shops, dealership service departments, and commercial fleet maintenance operations across North America. We have hands-on familiarity with their product lineup and stand behind everything we sell from this brand.
BE Power Equipment Background
BE Power Equipment (based in North America) manufactures industrial and commercial pressure washers and surface cleaning equipment. Their commercial units are built to handle sustained heavy-duty use in fleet washing, equipment cleaning, and industrial maintenance applications. We carry their commercial line because of its build quality and the strength of their warranty program.
Our Commitment
We did not build Site and Supply to list products and disappear. The goal is to be the store that professional shop owners and fleet operators come back to — because we know the equipment, answer the questions that matter, and stand behind every sale.
If you want to talk through what equipment is right for your operation, we are genuinely happy to do that. Reach us at support@siteandsupply.com or +1 (567) 361-3447.
