Are you an authorized dealer for Katool?
Yes. Site and Supply is an authorized reseller of Katool automotive equipment, including tire changers, wheel balancers, wheel alignment systems, frame machines, and related shop equipment. All Katool products purchased through us carry the full manufacturer warranty.
Are you an authorized dealer for BE Power Equipment?
Yes. Site and Supply is an authorized reseller of BE Power Equipment, including their commercial and industrial pressure washers and accessories. All BE products purchased through us are genuine and covered by BE's manufacturer warranty.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every product we sell is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Katool products carry a 12-month warranty. BE Power Equipment warranties vary by product line (typically 3 years on commercial pressure washer pumps and frames). See our Warranty page for full details.
Do you offer freight shipping for large equipment?
Yes. Large equipment such as tire changers, wheel balancers, frame machines, and heavy pressure washers ships via LTL freight. Freight is included in the listed price or clearly disclosed on the product page. We will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment and provide tracking once your order ships.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition. A 20% restocking fee applies. Return shipping for large equipment is the buyer's responsibility. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard in-stock items typically arrive within 4–7 business days from the date of order placement (1–2 business days handling + 3–5 business days transit). You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided the order has not already entered the fulfillment process. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it — please contact us to arrange a return through our Return and Refund Policy. Do you offer a price match?
Yes. If you find the identical product (same brand, same model, from another authorized dealer) at a lower price, contact us before purchasing. We will verify the price and match it. See our Price Match Guarantee page for details.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check the status of your shipment.

Are the products new or refurbished?
All products sold by Site and Supply are brand new from the manufacturer. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, or used equipment.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and items and note any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@siteandsupply.com. Damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement, with return shipping covered by us.
