How It Works

Find a lower price. Locate the identical product (same brand, same model number, same configuration) at a verifiably lower price from another authorized retailer.
Contact us before purchasing. Reach out via email at support@siteandsupply.com or call +1 (567) 361-3447 and share the link or screenshot showing the competitor's price.
We verify and match. We will confirm the competitor is an authorized dealer selling genuine product, then match or beat their price on the spot.

What Qualifies

Same product: identical brand, model number, and configuration
Sold by an authorized dealer (not a grey-market or unauthorized reseller)
The item must be in stock and immediately available from the competitor
Price comparison must be current (within 7 days of your request)
Does not apply to auction sites, liquidation sales, or clearance/open-box pricing
