Warranty Coverage at Site and Supply
Every product sold by Site and Supply is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We are an authorized dealer for every brand in our catalog, which means your warranty is fully valid and manufacturer-backed — not dependent on any third-party or grey-market arrangement.
Katool Equipment — Warranty Terms
All Katool products purchased through Site and Supply carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- What is covered: Manufacturing defects, faulty components, and mechanical failures under normal operating conditions.
- What is not covered: Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, physical accidents, or normal wear and tear.

BE Power Equipment — Warranty Terms
All BE Power Equipment products purchased through Site and Supply carry BE's standard manufacturer warranty. Commercial pressure washers include a 3-year pump/frame warranty; engine components carry the engine manufacturer's separate warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@siteandsupply.com with your order number, product model, and description of the issue.
- Provide photos or video of the defect if requested.
- We will coordinate a resolution: replacement parts, full product replacement, or manufacturer service.
- Most claims are acknowledged within 1-2 business days.
