Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase (including purchase date), model name, and serial number are required to submit a warranty claim.

  • Coverage applies only to new products that have not been altered, modified, or repaired after leaving the factory.

  • Warranty is valid for normal residential use only.

  • Installation must be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable local and national building codes.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Improper installation

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Over-firing

  • Negligence

  • Transportation damage

  • Power failures

  • Downdrafts or venting issues

  • Use of unauthorized replacement parts

Additionally, the warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches

  • Corrosion

  • Warping

  • Discoloration caused by over-firing or abrasive/chemical cleaners

  • Service calls related to improper installation

Warranty Claims

  • The manufacturer may request the return of defective parts or products (shipping prepaid) and/or digital photos to evaluate a claim.

  • If a covered defect is confirmed, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective item at its discretion.

  • Alternatively, the manufacturer may satisfy its warranty obligation by refunding the wholesale value of the defective warranted part(s).

  • Warranty coverage is limited to a one-time replacement for each eligible part.

  • The manufacturer is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product.
